Eros was an “upcoming album” by Deftones three years ago. Supporters of the alternative band was impatiently waiting for the “new album” to be released. Unfortunately, Chi Cheng is in a coma and the status of his condition remains indefinite.

Other members of the band decided to hold the album’s release until Cheng’s full recovery. They think that it’s better to keep it that way because the album would not be possible without Cheng.
